Additional Hunting Property For Sale Information

We are putting up for sale our 90 acres of hunting land and new shack/garage. We just built the garage last summer which is a great addition to the property whether hunting or just get away for the weekend. It is all wired for electric but we ran a generator up to this point as we didn't have many appliances to power so that worked well for us. It is 24x32 shack with a small garage area walled off from the wood stove area, also a loft above which we only used for storage but very spacious. The lower level is all insulated and stays very toasty with a fire going in the wood stove.
The woods consists of primarily thick cedar and tamarack however there are some pines, maples, and birch scattered as well. It is a great deer woods and in the 3 years we owned the property we saw alot of deer and harvested some good bucks. Some mature cedar was harvested approx. 10 years ago so there is a logging road going through the 90 acres. We cut some lanes to hunt off of but the cedar provided bedding as well as a food source in winter which held the deer. If looking for a great camp set-up only minutes from Escanaba this is it. We got a 19 inch wide buck (pic attached) last year in gun season and a nice 8 point this year with bow in our first sits of the year. Previous owners did bear hunt and got some great bear but we chose to only deer hunt the property so never baited and didn't see any while hunting or on trail cam pics.
